We partnered with the Alachua County Tax Collector’s office to develop a safe and efficient counter system that would help support excellent customer service and reduce wait times.  The Steelcase Montage panel system was customized for this purpose and includes permanent glass screens between the employee and the customer.  The furniture in the employee spaces supports a variety of activities, including training, collaboration, team building, respite, and a café area.
